Crayola really limits my color choices, so I hate how the colors turned out. And it is quite obvious I'm not a strong drawer. But the idea is there.
I really like "Empty Your Mind, Fill Your Canvas." Because when I was researching Art Education it talked a lot how cognitive thinking turns into creative stuff. So you really are emptying your mind when you are creating art. And I chose "Your Canvas" because we all work on different things. My canvas is on the computer, while someone else's is paper, or even fabric.
So with "Empty Your Mind, Fill Your Canvas" I have been trying to make ideas to go along with it, and this was the first one i did. Very simple. But with it, I could add more and make it into something better.
I really like the idea.
ReplyDeleteLove just the simple face with colors EVERYWHERE!
Stupid Crayola, limiting your colors... When you finalize it, make sure you use a plethora of colors!!! :{D
I like the idea behind it. And the "Empty Your Mind, Fill Your Canvas" is a wonderful idea. It really makes you think about it. It personally made me want to pull out my paints haha
ReplyDeleteGreat rule of thirds. The head and the text are both on a hot spot. The white is great contrast. Once it is created on the computer you will be able to change the colors and easily make it a finalized piece you are completely happy with. (One of the first assignments of the school year is to finalize all the Art Ed posters on the computer). Love the concept. The binder is a GOOD idea.
ReplyDeleteThanks everyone! Your compliments made me like it even more (:
